1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ash Lonare's courses and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Upon enrolment and payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes. This license does not allow you to:

Modify or copy the course materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer any software or technology
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ash Lonare and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Sharing your account credentials with others
Recording, downloading, or redistributing course content
Using the service for any illegal purpose
Harassing or disrupting other students or instructors
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ash Lonare or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
