The first is to just reboot your computer and hold the option key when it's starting back up, this should give you a boot menu, where you can select OS X or Windows. The other way is to go into System Preferences -> Startup Disk then select the Windows drive and click Restart. To get back into OS X, you can use the option key, or in the system tray of the windows computer there should be a gray diamond just click on it and at the bottom of the menu you should have an option to restart in os x.
