Maybe the the sites are using this keyword which are resorting to Black Hat SEO with excess submission of duplicate contents and to do maximum bookmarks at one time so they got penalized.

Google has not hijacked your account for the purposes of spamming your contacts in order to draw traffic to their site.
SOMEONE has, however. Your AOL account has been compromised, and I'd recommend you search their support pages for information to regain it (start by changing your password if you still can).

The spam site in question has been created by someone other than Google -- Google is simply hosting it as they do with millions of other sites through their Google Sites web app.

I hope to show safe search result they might ban those words, until you enter those word in search box it wont appear, and in google adwords they are accepting because, it might may be show the similar results when the user searches. Thank you

Maybe the the websites are using this search term which are relying on Dark-colored Hat SEO with unwanted distribution of repeat material and to do highest possible favorites at once so they got fined.
